Culligan Water of St Louis

I have been using this product for about 10 years. I have been receiving bottles of water that is installed in cooler for water distribution. Heat and cold water distribution center. I have had problems with the bottles leaking from time to time. But, recently, the bottle leaked, and I was not aware of it. This caused several thousands of dollars of damage. I have brought this matter to the distributor, but he just ignored me. I will have to repair this damage and will look for them to reimburse me.

I purchased a water softener system from this company .At first it did appear to be softening, however after some time it was not the clear crisp taste that was described to me. I can not drink the water, the taste is horrible. I have spoke with the company several times,and I am told there is nothing they can do except send out a technician .
