We've had a discussion with *** that is listed in the complaint and he has contacted the customerHe has clarified his comments and explained to the customer that Culligan was not at faultDelivering salt and filling her brine tank
is not the root cause of her softener failingSalt bridges are formed due to many reasons, with humidity and low water usuage being two of themThe last salt deliver we made to her home was in June of and her water tested soft, therefore, the softener was performing efficiently at that timeWe have not been in the home since that dateWe have reached out to the claimant and have left a message and asked for a return callSince *** contacted the claimant, we consider this case satisfiedThank you
