I spoke with Mr [redacted] and apologized for any miscommunication on the contract / billingI assured him this was just a billing mistake and I have credited him the months rent at the $month and advised him to contact me directly if he had any additional concerns or questions

I am rejecting
this response because: Even thought I am thankful that did credit me for months of service...the three months I couldn't use the service even though I was getting billed for it....But this issue with Culligan had NOTHING to do with billingIt has always been about the response or lack there of, in fixing a WATER LEAK that took them almost THREE months to repair Their reaction time of off, way offWater leak = mold, mold not good!
