Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their response is falseThey did not reach out to me until after you contacted themThank you as I feel very confident that without your intervention that they never would have contacted meI have spend well over $on software with this company, my computer broke and had to be replaced by [redacted] , they initially would not help me in reinstalling their software which has it's activation attached only to my old, broken computer, thus forcing everyone who has an issue to pay them hundreds of more dollars for them to reissue a new activation key.Vivian did contact me this week and agreed to get my software reinstalled free of chargeThis was completed today.I am now satisfiedThank you very much for your assistance Sincerely, [redacted]

him to call us for assistanceI would like to outline our policy regarding the provision of technical support to customers who have purchased the same product as Mr ***. When a customer purchases this product the initial price includes days of free technical supportIf customers want to continue to receive technical support beyond days they have the option of purchasing a ProPartner plan which provides one year of unlimited technical supportThe pricing structure of our software takes this into account and allows customers to purchase support plans if and when required. Also, this pricing model of purchasing technical support as a separate product is widely used in the software industryThere is a FAQ section on our Website to assist customers who do not purchase support

I am rejecting this response because: Their response is false. They did not reach out to me until after you contacted them. I have spend well over $2000 on software with this company, my computer broke and had to be replaced by [redacted], they initially would not help me in reinstalling their software which has it's activation attached only to my old, broken computer, thus forcing everyone who has an issue to pay them hundreds of more dollars for them to reissue a new activation key.Vivian did contact me this week and agreed to get my software reinstalled free of charge.
