In response to the correspondence sent to [redacted], we are addressing each matter as presented (ID [redacted])With regard to the comment regarding miss-leading financial information, the school follows policy and procedure as directed by the Department of Education as...

well as the State of [redacted].  With regard to the filing of enrollment certification for the ** for the term in question - the individual began the term on 5/16/16 and ** certification was completed on 5/26/16, after the add-drop period.  Standard practice with regard to ** certification is to ensure that individuals do not receive a debt letter for not starting school - hence, we certify after we have confirmed that the student has, in fact, started a new term.  With regard to the assistance provided this individual, records demonstrate that the school has worked very closely and provided ad**ncements prior to credit balances existing.  With regard to the comments regarding the extended hotel stay, the school did, in fact, make a reser**tion for this individual, however, it is not the school's practice to cover hotel and food cost expenses for students.  Additional documentation can be provided upon request which substantiates and verifies the transactions that have been executed on this student's behalf.   Thank you,
