The customer filed the complaint on 12/12/and has since talked to a representative from Cuivre River Electric's Member Services department In that discussion on 12/28/16, the customer stated that an electrician had been onsite and turned off the breaker for the furnace and water heather, and that the electric meter slowed down to practically no use This alerted the electrician that there was a problem with both items and per the customer, the electrician would be coming back to make the necessary repairs Our representative also pointed out that the electric use at this location decreased when weather temperatures increased which is what would be expected if there is a furnace issue The kilowatt hours charged at this location in the month of November are comparable to previous tenants in prior years In the winter months, it is not unusual for this property to use more than kWhs in a single month Hopefully, this number will be reduced when repairs are made

and that the electric meter slowed down to practically no use. This alerted the electrician that there was a problem with both items and per the customer, the electrician would be coming back to make the necessary repairs. Our representative also pointed out that the electric use at this location decreased when weather temperatures increased which is what would be expected if there is a furnace issue. The 3631 kilowatt hours charged at this location in the month of November are comparable to previous tenants in prior years. In the winter months, it is not unusual for this property to use more than 4000 kWhs in a single month. Hopefully, this number will be reduced when repairs are made.
