I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me While the apology came from the other owner, NOT MrGiovanni, it is pretty clear that he is not quite right and the partner, Nick, agreed that he should never have treated a customer in the fashion that he spoke to me I will have to consider long and hard whether I will be visiting that restaurant while he is involved Regards, [redacted]
