Cubix Latin America owns and sale an smartphone brand Quo. This are mobiles based on Android technologies. I purchased 551 of this mobiles, and they have no quality at all, its impossible download any app from google play, neither even whatsapp. There is no point to comercialice Android phones if you can not download apps. Cubix its trying to avoid responsability as manufacturer and wholesaler saying the can not being responsible that their phones cant dowload apps.
