Review: I rented a storage unit for nearly three years. Never storing food in my unit as agreed by the contract. Rodents damaged a box of my clothing. There were feces and urine in my locker and all over the clothing I had to discard. I was told this damage is not covered by the insurance I paid in all this time.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the items that were damaged.

Review: I purchased storage space in 2008 I would pay for storage online or in office with no visit to space. I recently visited space to find building had a legally roof for years and destroyed most items in my storage . I had insurance on storage worth 2000 dollars I feel they knowing destroyed my items. I was told by management about roof . They could had allowed me to move items. They put a plastic over space which did nothing but allow mold. I got so sick from mold when I went in storage I was unable to go back in space. They not only destroyed my items they cause me to get very sick.Desired Settlement: I request a refund for payments I made to space from 2008 to 2015 and damages . I was given a space that was not rentable and should have not have been rented. I want to be allowed to save what every can be salvageable .

Review: I'm currently just over a month behind on payment for my storage unit. I contacted the location manager to make payment arrangements only to find that my unit has already been put up for auction. I attempted to negotiate with the manager to make payment arrangements, but he will not accept a partial payment. I explained that I cannot afford the full payment right now but would be able to within a few weeks. His only response was that by waiting another few weeks would incur additional fees on my account aside from just my usual rent. I asked him verbatim if he was refusing to accept my payment, and he replied by saying that yes, he was refusing partial payment. For a $40 a month storage unit that is just over a month behind, almost $250 seems excessive.Desired Settlement: I would like for my payment to be accepted, regardless of whether or not it covers the full amount, without being subjected to additional fees.
