It's amazing how we Cubans bring the strange customs of Cuba to the United States:
At the branch located at 14690 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33184, there is a doorman who is still on the island. The most inappropriate treatment you could expect. For example, today I went to deliver a package. The store wasn't full, but there were no chairs. He told people to wait outside in the Miami sun. This man's strict rules apply. You can't stand, you can't put the packages wherever you want. The inappropriate treatment is undoable. You can't do this, don't do that. You have to have discipline. But it seems this man hasn't realized that the customer is the most important thing, and without customers, they can't survive. They had to remove it today. I saw more than 15 people leave the place after we Cubans make sacrifices to help our families. We would like to be treated fairly and with respect. Sometimes we forget that we are from the same country and that if we are there it is because of the needs of our family. The reviews of this company are not favorable. That is the United State and they can close it in the end. Here there are many serious companies that offer good service.

hay un portero que todavia esta en la isla el trato mas incorrecto que se puede esperar, por ejemplo hoy fui a llevar un paquete el local no estaba lleno solo que no habian sillas y el mando a las personas con el sol que hace en Miami a esperar fuera las reglas estrictas de este Sr. no se puede estar de pie, no puedes poner los paquetes en donde quieras el trato inadecuado esto no se puede hacer aquello no lo hagas hay que tener disciplina pero al parecer este Sr. no se ha dado cuenta de que el cliente es lo más importante y sin los clientes ellos no viven. Debian quitarlo hoy vi mas de 15 personas irse del lugar despues que los cubanos hacemos sacrificio para ayudar a nuestros familiares quisieramos un trato justo y con respeto a veces olvidamos que somos del mismo pais y que si estamos alli es por lanecesidad de nuestra familia los review de esta compania no son favorables eso es United State y se la pueden cerrar al final aqui hay muchas companias serias que ofrecen un buen servicio.
