I bought a seat back in Feb or March for my cub cadet and within 2 months, of which I barely used it, the seat started to come apart. I called and spoke to *** at cc specialists and he asked me to send pictures. This took me forever because I'm not really familiar with the computer. I sent the pictures and they said they would replace the seat. I have contacted them several times and *** told me another guy would get in touch with me but I have not heard from him and all I have gotten is the run around for 2 months now.
I've spoken with Mike numerous times and told him that I contacted the manufacturer about the issue. Yes they took a while to get back to me. They sent me a new 30 cent clip to snap on the welting of his seat to solve his problem. I received the clip yesterday and mailed it to him today.

I received the clip via the USPS. The clip will not work; the gap at the welting is bigger than the clip. I would like the business to send me a new seat. I'd be happy to send them the old seat back if they will prepay the shipping.
The seat was not defective as I sent pictures to the manufacturer, and their answer to the problem was the consumer had to have popped the attaching clip between the welting somehow. We can not pay to ship a product back that was not defective. It falls under operator error. NOW! That being said, if he wants to ship the seat back at his expense, We will ship another seat to him at no cost. That's the best we can or will do. ;-)
I also find it odd that in the last 5 years, we've sold over 400 seats with NOT one issue, which leads us to believe, this is truly an operator error issue. ;-)
