I attended caliber training institute in april 2002 for their medical assistant program, I never received my certificate before they started to charge me $2000 which my understanding was payments for direct loans was to start 6 months after the last day of school .In 2011 $3652 was taken from my taxes for repayment now when I try to contact the school I find out they were closed down in 2008 for fraud, false passing grades etc.... now I'm trying to register to medgar evers college for an associates in RN and Ineed my transcript and possibly a refund to help pay for a real degree . Can you help me ?
