On 11/13/we placed an order CTDGRAPHICX.com website to have a flyer design created and delivered to us via email, I previously spoke with said designer about getting one created by himPer the designers design special titled "Black Friday Special" I agreed to this businesses guidelines, price and turn around timethen I made the purchase for this service via PayPal in the amount of $25.00, above business stated on its website/advertisement that we should "ALLOW UP TO DAYS ON TURNAROUND TIME" The designs featured in the motion flyer as well as pics of the Black Friday Special were all well put together and looked flawlesson the 4th day I contacted the designer on 11/17/via Instagram who stated in a DM "he hadn't forgot and would be getting all the designs out this morning"one more day went by, no word from CTDGRAPHICX.com, on 11/18/I received a email stating "Greetings orders have been backed up I will be sending out shortly I do understand your concern however it
