This business contacted me because, my wife and I applied for a new D.O.T number for BAM tree service in Indiana on 11/3/2018 to setup some stuff for our business, and I paid 847.00 for this. Two days later on 11/5/2018, I called them and told them that I wanted to cancel and that I wanted a refund because they were going to do some things that I didn't need because I wasn't going to be crossing state lines, and that me and my wife would be able to do it ourselves. They told me that it wouldn't be a problem. Roughly 3 weeks went by, and then I was finally contacted by Bob and he said that his accounting department had refunded the money, I then told him that it had not been refunded, I checked my account while we were on the phone, that was a Saturday, so he said he would check with accounting again on the following Monday and get back with me. I have called 4 different times since then and left 3 different messages, and Bob nor anyone else has returned my calls. I talked with my bank today, 1/9/2019 and they again told me that it has not been refunded and that they would email me a letter stating that.
