My truck was in proper lane and right lane was merging in, this person was unhappy with several people because this person wasn't allowed in lane after this person passed several cars trying to force their way in front of other's already...

following procedure, sorry this person had to wait like everyone else.

I received a call from a gentlemen at this company apologizing for the drivers behavior. The truck driver is blatantly lying about the situation. This was a merge lane in HEAVY traffic and it was impossible for me to pass anyone. I was simply merging over because there was nowhere else to go. A van came in from the left side of the truck and further blocked any movement on my part and it was at this time that this "driver" decoded he was going to completely cut me off and moved up next to me taking part of the lane I was in and the adjoining left lane to do so. He proceeded behind the van in front of me and with the traffic trying to get onto 285.
I would like the person who phoned me to know that I greatly appreciate his apology and that he should be concerned with his choice of driver in this particular case as they are a lying.

Again the driver expressed their apology for this situation, thousands of vehicles merging into a very small area, give and take is normal when merging, and patience is tested. Thank goodness no one was hurt and cooler heads finally worked things out.
