CTBA Siding and Roofing

Company installed new roofs on 4 of my properties. I have had 2 of the 4 leak. He worked on one issue but not the other. I used this company (currently under the name [redacted] at the same physical address)to install new roofing on 4 of my properties. Two of the roofs developed leaks. The company (Andy - after several attempts to contact him) came out to work on one of the issues. He charged me $650 to clean the snow off the roof to diagnose the issue. He claims that the leak was fixed. I have been trying (for months) to contact [redacted] regarding my second property. I spoke to him several times (last week was the latest). He is aware of what the issue is. Each time I talk to him, he states that he will go the next day to fix it. He has not as of today. This has been going on since January. Also, the leaks caused interior damage (painting and plastering) that he should be held responsible for. Desired SettlementI want the issue with the roofs and interior work fixed at no additional cost to me. These roofs were not replaced due to existing issue (leaks) but as a preventative measure due to the age of the roofs.
