Review: The service that I pay for is for the company to clean the dog waste from my yard. For months, per the owner of the company, the business was only cleaning half my yard due to a communication error. I was still cleaning my own dog waste as I thought the business was not servicing me. I was still charged the full amount by the business after the owners admission that they were doing half or less of the work I contracted for. I went months without receiving an invoice, phone call or letter from the business and since the dog waste in my yard was still not being picked up completely, I was still cleaning it on my own. I just received notice that my bill is overdue, and I owe a very high amount. This business has not fulfilled there contractual obligations, did not attempt to contact me and has not been providing the service I am paying for. I'm very upset that they are trying to bill me for services that were either half done or not done completely.Desired Settlement: As I have been picking up my own dog waste since this company began providing service, I expect at least a 50% reduction in the bill as well as an apology for such poor customer service.
