This company/individual was hired and paid for a job that was not completed.
On June 21, 2019 I began conversation with Mr. W about some work that I was interested in getting done to my home. On June 28th, Mr. W returned to my home for more measurements on the large job and discussion on smaller job in the front yard. In which included a storm door being purchased and hung, a step being formed at the front door and a step coming onto the front porch. Mr. W also was to put hand rails on both sides coming off of the porch. Paint the current rails and front door. Paint around the windows on the front of the house. Replace the caps at the bottom of the four existing post and paint caps. Create a flower box on both sides of the porch with proper drainage. Dig out proper depth on both sides for the brick colored rock he would bring in. The front porch and steps were to be painted gray with sparkles. With the same effect as one would paint a garage floor. On or about June 28th Mr. W quoted $2250 for everything BUT the concrete steps and building handrail for outside. On July 8th Mr. W quoted $575 for concrete steps and handrails. For a total of $2825. Mr. W was given $1350 on July 3rd. Mr. W began work almost if not immediately. Keeping in good contact as to the progression of the job. On July 13th Mr. W was paid $500. At this point the storm had been hung, the existing rails had been painted, the trim around the windows painted, and the front door painted. Mr. W had begun work on the flower beds. The concrete step off the porch had been poured. The rails of the porch put up. On July 25th I sent Mr. W a text inquiring about his whereabouts because I had not seen him in a week or so. I received no response. On Monday the 29th I spoke with Mr. W by phone he assured me he would be out the next morning. Mr. W didn't call or show up. By Friday August 2 I sent Mr. W another text, to no avail. On Mon August 5th my W sent a text stating he was sending his brother to paint the porch. The brother painted the porch using flakes not sparkles. The brother came back on or about August 14 to replace the caps, but I was told after inquiring later in the day how things were going that he had a problem with the saw and would have to return on another day. Since this point in August I have been sending text, and calling Mr. W trying to get the work completed. Mr. W won't text back. If he does slip up and answer the call it's one promise after the other. But for the mass majority of the time the call goes to voice mail. And the voice mail is full.
I would like for Mr. W to complete the job he started.

I would like for Mr. W to complete the job he started.
I hired this company to complete several jobs that he stated would be completed by Christmas 2016. I paid him a total of $21,400.
He has not completed Bathroom, kitchen, shutters, did not complete the roof, skylights, texture on ceiling and more.
I no longer want to try and get him to complete this , I do not trust this company anymore, They still have a key to my door and they messed up my TV. I want a refund.
