I am rejecting this response because:
I'd asked that the entire chimney be sealed, there is no evidence that this had been doneThere was no photo evidence of that
Based on their own photo evidence the original color picture from 9/27/shows flashing on the
chimney that covered the tuckpointingIn the 2nd color photo (the one without the ladder in the picture) it clearly shows that the flashing had been removed and that the tuckpointing was quite messyThe leaking must come from the missing flashing and it should have been replaced at the time the roof was installed or I should have been informed that it was not replaced so that the issue could have been addressedI would like the company to return and complete the job properly at no additional cost to me

I reject this response completely as there are several falsehoods within their response. The majority of it is exaggerated. They always had some excuse why they could not do the work.

I do believe we reached an agreement. They are not charging me, as they too feel that they did not do the appropriate job. Thank you so much for your help in this matter. Looks like pur issue has been resolved.
