We asked her to come back, and the second test came back negativeOur MD has to speak with her to proceed with getting her information to the department of healthOur CMD and our back up CMD has been trying to get in contact with herOn Oct
26, we have a note in the system from our CMD that the phone number on file is disconnectedI was able to contact her todayOnce our CMD speaks with her we can notify the department of health that she has tested negative and she can donate again

My phone has never been disconnected and I still am waiting for a phone call from CSL's MDI don't understand why it takes months to get a call to confirm my negative test resultEither the MD can't dial a phone number correctly or someone's lying about actually calling meEither way, I still haven't been called and my name is still on the deferral list for a disease I never hadThis will not be resolved until my name is cleared from the CDC's list

I eventually turned around and found their other facility at *** ** *** *** ** *** At 7:p.m., I found their front door locked I knocked, but no one responded I waited for someone to come out the donor exit, and went in I asked to speak to a manager, and explained my situation to her
