Review: CSI called [redacted] and wanted to speak to the person in charge of housekeeping, the call was given to me by [redacted] who was present during my conversation with them. They "CSI" were trying to sell their products to which I told them I wasnt authorized to buy from them, they proceeded on with their spill, again told them that I couldnt purchase anything, they then told me that if we would be interested in a in house trial, some tv personality I never heard would bring the product and demonstrate it and they would send us a 100$ gift card, to that I did that would be fine, instead they sent the product to us, no tv personality came, called to find out about returning product to which I was told that it couldnt be returned, talked to a man named [redacted] he told me there were no returns that I would have to purchase something else in its place, after that conversation, weeks went by they "CSI" started sending us a bill called and talked to [redacted], told her the story she said she would take care of it, she didnt, got another bill got our general manager [redacted] involved, to which he was told we could return the product and that the 100$ gift card would be sent via email to our email here at work, in the mean time I tried the product, the smell gave several of our employees headaches,the product was no better than anything I had, so when the return labels came shipped back 6 of the 12 bottles, which we are being billed 71.22, I told them to pay for it with the 100$ gift card that we never recieved as of today!!I then talked to [redacted] who is over that department at CSI and he said that he would check into this and take care of it and would call me back, never happened, no call backs, no follow up on their part. I told them I would never do business with someone who had to lie to people to get try to get them to buy their product, very deceitfull practices!!Desired Settlement: them to keep their product and keep the 100$ giftcard we never got to pay for it!! Close the account and end this!!

We are receipt of your letter dated November 20, 2012 concerning the above case. I have read the complaint several times in order to make sure I understood the nature of [redacted] complaint.

Our policy is to record a verification of each order prior to shipping the product. I have attached a copy of the recording, which was made with [redacted]s knowledge. The recording can be played using the standard windows media player. Below is a quote from the complaint. I will highlight inconsistent item which did not happen. I am also providing the tape recording of our verification, which was done with Ms. [redacted] permission.
