I am rejecting this response because: this puppy had to have contracted mange at the breeder because the incubation period for sarcoptic mange is daysShe sold me a puppy with mangeI only had the puppy days before contracting the disease so he
had to already have itShe should return some of my moneyI guess I will pursue this in court
