Review: Crystal Maids have cleaned my home for close to 2 years. The last 8 to 9 months problems with the maids showing up. I WANT TO BE CLEAR, IT IS NOT THE MAIDS' FAULT, for some reason I am usually not on the schedule.I request monthly service, the 2nd Tuesday of each month. You would think no problem, not with this management team. Either I am not put on the schedule or some other unprofessional reason.Today, 7/9/2013, is the 2nd Tuesday of the month. I arrive home from work this evening, no service. I call Crystal Maids, not on the schedule.Management has gone downhill since prior management.Desired Settlement: Stop making this so difficult, and act like professionals.
