We have supplied the customer with the key on 6/9/17, but cannot program the key to the vehicle at our facility The customer has an appointment with Westmont Mercedes at 11:am, June 14, Our understanding is Westmont Mercedes charges $to program the key to the vehicle Our original response to the customer was to pay for the labor to program the key and bring us the receipt for reimbursement of the cost to program the key Service and Parts Director of Crystal Lake Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram contacted the cashiering department at Westmont Mercedes on 6/14/and found out we can pay them direct for the $with a credit card number over the phone I left a message for the customer at 9:am on 6/14/conveying this message to accommodate the customer I am waiting for a response back from the customer to see if this works for him We apologized for the inconvenience and are trying to accommodate the customer without any further issues
