Crystal Cruises

I requested refund on March 7, 2020 and were told we would get our refund within 30 days. After 45 days, we still didn't have our refund so we contact Crystal Cruises again. When we called our Cruise Consultant, we found out that our cruise consultant retired and no one was assigned to our account to manage our refund in the process. On June 17, 2020, we finally got ahold of someone in Sales who escalated the refund situation to Accounting in the Refund Department at Crystal Cruises. We were told that we had not been provided with a 'Vendor Form' which needed to be filled out as we had originally paid by check. We provided the filled out vendor form on June 17, 2020 and requested a wire transfer. As of this date, we are still waiting. We have tried to contact the Crystal Cruise Accounting Contact to get a status update but no one will return our emails or calls. We have called Sales about 50 times and are told a different story about our refund every time. The last time we called, on July 7, 2020, we were told it could take much more time because there are not many people working in that department.

I feel like Crystal Cruises is trying to hold on to their customers' refunds to use for cash flow. This is a travesty and fraudulent.
