I spoke with [redacted] recently about renting one of her vacation rentals for a small wedding receptionI had emailed her the week previously to inquire about pricing and availabilityShe immediately responded and I asked several follquestionsShe responded to only some of the questionsWhen I sent follemails requesting answers to the rest of my questions, they were ignoredI decided to call and follabout a week laterNot only was she completely condescending and rude to me, but she seemed insulted that I would even ask her simple questionsShe obviously did not want to rent to me and went on about how it would be "bad business." If she was not able to accommodate my request, that is all she would have to sayInstead, she pretty much laughed in my face and completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun wedding planning experienceThe only thing that I consider "bad business" in this situation was the way I was treated by a supposed business professional

I recently stayed with Incline Properties in Fountain Hills and I have to say it was pretty spectacularThe home was absolutely beautiful and had every amenity you could imagineOur stay lasted a week and we had perfect weather the entire timeAt one point, the TV wasn't working properly so we called Connie the property managerShe had someone over within min to fix itI don't have any complaints about my experience and would definitely stay again!

My experience renting from Incline Properties and Connie M[redacted] was exceptional. Working with her was seamless. The home was exactly as promised. Impeccably kept. We had two issues one with internet and one with the pool heater; Connie had service providers onsite within the hour. I will absolutely rent from this company again!

next week will be our third rental with Incline Properties. Our experience has been nothing but excellent. The homes have been clean, well appointed and luxurious. The owner has been nothing but professional in each of our rentals, a FIVE STAR experience.

Not only was she completely condescending and rude to me, but she seemed insulted that I would even ask her simple questions.
