Crystal Clear Technologies, LLC

I live in Thompson's Station and have had a positive experience with Crystal Clear. Service is MUCH better than Comcast. Speeds are great. Uptime is good. The only other option is AT&T DSL which isn't fast enough for work from home speeds.

I think most people's complaints stem from the builders and realtors not setting proper expectations for how service is provided through the HOA.

This company is the worst, they force you to pay them a monthly fee even if you do not want their services. My wife and I have no need for satellite TV or Crystal Clear's spotty and slow internet, and with a baby on the way we decided to cut out expenses by opting out of using Crystal Clear. Unfortunately, through a series contracts with the HOA (which are hidden from interested buyers), Crystal Clear will force you to pay them or have your home repossessed. They had no sympathy for our situation despite repeated pleas to let me opt out. I hope they are destroyed by the class action suit that has been filed against them.
