Crystal Clear Reflections

Review: I paid for window cleaning service through a Crystal Clear Reflections promotional ad on [redacted]. They failed to show up at the appointed date and time, never called and refuse to return my calls. This may be a scam where promotional (pre-paid) customers are concerned since I found an on-line review indicating the same complaint by another customer who had an appointment within 4 days of mine.

The first available cleaning date they would give me was 7/24/15 (after the refund period would expire), almost 2 months after my initial call on 6/4/15 to make the appointment. I'm holding an unused voucher that is now useless.

They seldom answer their phone and have never returned any of my many calls. I paid in advance and they still insisted on a credit card number with no reasonable explanation as to why it was needed. Any additional charges would have been in violation of the voucher agreement. This company needs to be investigated.Desired Settlement: A settlement of some kind and an investigation into their business practices where pre-paid customers are concerned.
