Jim T[redacted] from Crystal Clear Pool STOLE $8,000.00 of our money. He took a deposit that he said was "completely refundable" and then when we cancelled the project a week after we paid the deposit (and WELL BEFORE the project started), he refused to send a refund AND stop taking our calls. The lowest of low from a professional and ethical standpoint.
