Spoke with [redacted] about a week before our scheduled Termite InspectionHe was referred to me by my realtorThe first time we spoke he seemed very pleasant and he agreed to pencil me in for our appointmentI called him a few days before my inspection to confirm and no answer nor a call backThe day of my inspection, he was a no call no showI called him several times and he would not answerSo then almost an hour past our appointment time, I get a call from a different company telling me, [redacted] referred me to themWhy did he do that? Our business was supposed to go directly through himHe wasn't even professional about itNext time at least be considerate enough and call your clientAll you had to do was apologize for the mistake in your scheduling and ask if it would be ok to refer me else whereHow inconsiderate! Due to his lack of scheduling in this matter I was delayed an additional days on my home buying process

The day of my inspection, he was a no call no show. I called him several times and he would not answer. So then almost an hour past our appointment time, I get a call from a different company telling me, [redacted] referred me to them. Why did he do that? Our business was supposed to go directly through him. He wasn't even professional about it. Next time at least be considerate enough and call your client. All you had to do was apologize for the mistake in your scheduling and ask if it would be ok to refer me else where. How inconsiderate! Due to his lack of scheduling in this matter I was delayed an additional 2 days on my home buying process.
