Crystal Clean Windows

Review: I hired them to clean out my gutters because I had rain coming off my roof in the back & dripping off my front awning after each rain & snowstorm creating a wet slippery walkway. I was unable to feel water going down the downspout when it rained. The man came on 6/26 & said he removed the screens on the gutters & they were clean, he only removed a small lump in one area. he was on the roof when he told me. I reiterated about the drainpipes, he walked along the edge of the roof & then when to the front. It turns out he left & left the bill for &66.oo which unfortunately I immediately paid. That night we had a rain storm & the water dripped from my front awning for 6 hrs. after it stoppd, I could see it dripping from the gutter! I called them for 3 days & just got a message saying the voicemail was full. I then followed up with calls for a week & got a busy signal. I finally spoke to a womanabout 11/2 wks ago told her about the above & she said she'd look into it. Nothing happened. I called again last week, heard from a guy repeated everything,he said he'd look into it. Nothing since then. It has been raining again a few times and I have water dripping for hours after it stops.Desired Settlement: I want my gutters & drainpipes clean as requested or a refund so I can hire someone else.
