Since the original complaint received on March 10, 2016, our field sales representative returned to the homeowners home, *** *** and discussed the misunderstanding in regards to the costs for his items purchased. Randy *** contacted Crystal after his visit and we agreed to refund
him the difference of what he was charged on his COD shipment. We are sending him a check in the amount of $561.40. In addition to the refund Randy is also replacing some of the items that had an array of issues with them. This should close the complaint. If you need anything further from me please let me know.
