Review: On the evening of March 26th, I went to pick up my dry cleaning. I was picking up 18 shirts and 1 pant. The owner of the shop began screaming at me that I turned in 2 shirts with wet ink on them and that I ruined other customers shirts. I told her that I did turn them in like that and she continued to scream and said that I did. She also called me a liar when I told her that they were not like that when I turned them in. Both shirts were absolutely ruined and they refused to even take the charge off for them. I have never in my life been treated like that by any business. I understand the risk of taking things to the dry cleaner. I understand that things get lost, etc. But to scream and yell at me and accuse me is just wrong. I looked on [redacted] and see that I am not the only person with this problem.Desired Settlement: I want them to replace my shirts. Honestly, If they would have just apologized and said they were sorry, I would not have cared one bit. But the fact that they called me a liar for something I didn't do is absurd. The shirts were [redacted] button up shirts which are not cheap.
