Crystal Air Cooling and Heating of Orlando Corp.

New Unit was installed years ago and recently the unit has had many faults In the past new year, the unit has had to have a service contract applied and the unit has had several problems that have costed and lots of money The AC unit has had leaks in the past months and my belief is that the unit has not been prepared correctly and the work that has been applied has been done incorrectly that has caused the unit to not work
The company has also requested payment in cash ONLY HALF and check payment and their payment policies have not been noted anywhere The record keeping of the company is not reliable Receipts and or reports of past repairs cannot be found and have not been documented by the company correctly

This company came to perform an annual maintenance inspection and check on my home a/c Most of the points they stated would be covered were not!
I was called multiple times about doing an 'annual inspection' by these people I have had bad experiences with*** and also *** in Orlando, but the company that called was showing as '***' when they called The young guy who showed up at my door had a truck with "Crystal Air Cooling' on it He said several things, none of which made a lot of sense, and then failed to do a number of points that I was told he would do including check the thermostat calibration, heat pump operation, inspect the intake fan and also take any readings at the compressor outside I was with the kid the entire time, and asked a few things which he did not answer, but he did try to sell me freon (not necessary as it turned out) and also do a cleaning of the a/c ducts (always good to do but can cause more trouble than its worth
