First, I like this company and want to continue to do business with them but unfortunately I will not until this issue is solved. "Crypto Coin Market" also called "CCM Group" sells "Virtual Currency" otherwise known as "cryptocurrency". I bought 444.41 of crypto currency XRP from their site. Order # *** on November 15, 2018 and again bought 588.23 XRP from their site on December 6, 2018, Order # ***. Both times I spent $202 and $201 American dollars and paid International fees of $6 USD per purchase. Once both transactions cleared The site put the purchase in their "wallet" to keep safe. After both transactions were verified and approved I am now able to send the cryptocurrency to my secure wallet known as a "Ledger". This is a very common practice as some sites may be vulnerable to hacking. I now had permission to send both purchases (total of 1032.64 XRP to my secure wallet) On December 23, 2018 I had this site send my purchase to my secure wallet. Their site says "sent" to my wallet and had a disclaimer that it could take 5-7 business days. I have both purchased and sent cryptocurrencies to this wallet many times from other exchanges/sites without any problems. Still to this day I have not received my $400 purchase of XRP in my secure wallet. Again, I am not a novice at this buying/sending/receiving of currencies. Every day, two times per day I log into my secure wallet via "ledger live" and still have not received this purchase. I am quite concerned of a few things. First, they have been good at contacting and responding to me in the beginning to set up my account but have not replied to numerous attempts to receive the product I paid for. Second, they cancelled a third order of mine. I am not complaining about that, it is just a point of reference that there was no communication as to "why" a third purchase was cancelled. Third, I understand that problems happen but to state transaction to send takes "5-7 business days" and here we are weeks (Plural) from the transaction with Zero communication with me. I sure hope that this "Proudly Canadian" company will send me my money in the form of XRP.
