I brought my car to the dealership & they lied about replacing my engine and doing repairs, after my check engine light came on multiple times
Brief History:
I purchased a Kia Optima, August 6, *** It came with a 100,mile/year power-train manufacturer's warrantyIn I lost compression in my engine and my RPM's dropped so I brought the vehicle to a Kia dealership in Norfolk, VAThey fixed the issue and replaced whatever parts needed to be replacedAfter that, everything was working well and I received regular maintenance on the vehicle
Reason for Claim:
3/27/- I started having engine problems in March of On March 27, my check engine light came on, so I was bringing it back to the Norfolk, VA Kia dealership, but they stated that they stopped servicing Kia's, so they referred me to Southern Kia
3/27/- When bringing the car into Southern Kia, they provided a report that stated that my Camshaft was bad so they had to replace

The car I purchased was very nice, we were treated well when looking at cars, but since purchasing every experience has been terrible, an absolute nightmareThey have taken over four months to license the vehicle, yes we are having it done to out of state but it is really not that hardWe get a call once a month that they are still missing my husbands military orders, we take it up there each and every timeThey tell us the have LOST!!! it every time, they have lost confidential papers with my husbands SSN on them! Are you kidding me?
