Crystal Smith's Photography & Theatrical Makeup

I paid Crystal for newborn photos over 2 months ago. She has not delivered the edited photos or a refund.
I paid $350 on 11/11/2019 to take newborn photos for us. Her website states pictures will be returned within 2 weeks, edited. however, its been over 2 months and we still do not have any edited photos. I've texted her multiple times for the pictures and she states the pictures will be up the following day but they havent been posted. she is now ignoring my texts when ive requested a refund.
