As for the emergency, the homeowner called late on Friday and needed the emergency after hours number for the plumber, I provided it to themThey left me a message and said they were unable to reach the plumber, unfortunately I already left to office for the weekend and didn’t get it untilMonday morningThey do have a variety of valid warranty claims they have given usOur electrician and plumber did repairs on their house the week of 7/Our finish carpenter did repairs the week of 7/There remaining warranty claims are 1) a crack in the drywall, which does happen as the new houses settle, I’ve recommended we wait a little further into the year long warranty so see if any more cracks appear and 2) there is a piece of flooring trim by a door that needs to be re-glued, which we plan on doing next weekBoth are minor cosmetic repairs but both will be completed within a reasonable amount of timeI hope this helps, let me know if you need any more informationThank you

untilMonday morning. They  do have a variety of valid warranty claims they have given us. Our electrician and plumber did repairs on their house the week of 7/17. Our finish carpenter did repairs the week of 7/24. There remaining warranty claims are 1) a crack in the drywall, which does happen as the new houses settle, I’ve recommended we wait a little further into the year long warranty so see if any more cracks appear and 2) there is a piece of flooring trim by a door that needs to be re-glued, which we plan on doing next week.
