The desired settlement submitted by the consumers requests that I return to the house and finish the job correctly but they have refused to allow me to return to the home

Crusader Roofing has made it very clear that he refuses to fix any of the work that he has done wrong UNLESS we pay him more money. The obvious issues we have brought to him, including the fact that the fence is two feet off the ground, is already falling apart, has 8 foot centers, is made with staples, and has a gate that is already falling down do not seem to phase him. Every time we have brought our issues he has said he needs more money. We do not want him to finish the job because it is obvious he does not know how to build fences. We want our money back. He has said the money is in the materials; he can have those too. This is be the preferred resolution.
