I joined this gym in August with the opening date set for end of September. Gym didn't open until Mid-November. It has now been open for two months and services such as wi-fi, televisions, hydro-massage are still not available even though they are advertised as benefits to the gym. The gym still needs painting completed, sometimes there are no paper towels for cleaning machines. It's disappointing that services listed and that I pay for monthly are not available.
I would like the gym to offer all of the services that members have been paying for. A discount would be appropriate for everything that hasn't been accessible.
Hello Valued Member. We have been met with many delays that are beyond our control for some of our amenities. Please be assured that we are working very hard to get these available as soon as possible. Unfortunately our memberships are not solely based on the amenities that are currently unavailable and are not eligible for any discount or credit. With respect to the paper towels, we thank you for bringing this to our attention however we assure you that there is sufficient product on hand and if you have concerns that there is no product available on the floor please see our front desk right away to rectify the situation.
