Crunch Fitness Parsippany, NJ

I signed up for Crunch Fitness in *** NJ because they had an early registration for the upcoming gym. I was allowed to go to *** Crunch until it opened. I signed up 12/2/19. I tried going to ***, NJ but it is too far and I decided that *** is too far as well. Since the contract has many TBD dates in it, I wanted to cancel. I sent them emails, called for over two weeks, and send a letter to the corporation who owns them ABC Financial and sent a certified letter. They keep saying the manager is not in and to send and email. There has been no response from any of the Crunch contacts. Since the gym is not actually open, and my contract has many TBDs in it, I feel I should be able to cancel my early registration. Can you please help me?
