We have paid the consignor (Mr. [redacted]), and that payment was made within the terms of our agreement.

1. Mr. [redacted] consigned the item to us on 2/13/2015.
2. Mr. [redacted] signed our consignment intake form on 2/13/2015, which stated these terms:"It may take up to 6-8 weeks (longer for Fixed Price sales), from when your item is listed, to receive payment for your sold item(s)."
3. Mr. [redacted]' item sold on 2/17/2015
4. We issued check #102172 for $102.32 on 3/24/2015 (which is within this 6-8 week period).
Again, we don't know why Mr. [redacted] would file a complaint when we did business with him according to the terms of our agreement.
