I am rejecting this response because : Every couple of days it's something with the radio.. It's distorted, it blacks out, or the sound does not increase.. As soon as they fix it, the next couple of days it's the same issue.. We should not be having this many issues with the radio and we haven't had it 5 months.. I spoke with the Manager on Monday and just asked for an even trade.. He declined.. He stated that the vehicle had to be paid down to $10,000 before anything was done.. I asked for the manager yesterday and they kept saying that he was out.. This is ridiculous.. I will not purchase another vehicle from Crowson.. When I traded in my Maxima, it was in good condition and everything worked.. I expected the same for the charger and it wasn't.. The warranty goes out in the next 10,000 miles and I'm sure the radio issue will continue.. They stated yesterday that nothing was wrong with the radio bc it wasn't doing it at that moment..
