I placed an order on March 30th purchasing bundles of what the seller claimed was "Virgin" (pure, raw) hair that was free of chemicals, dye, and hadn't been altered through chemical process I requested that they send to me the darkest bundles that they had already on hand Upon receiving my purchase in the mail on April 5, I quickly realized that this was NOT virgin hair, and that it was chemically altered, as the hair came with a VERY STRONG chemical odor, so much so, that I couldn't tolerate the smell and the hair felt a bit stiff I figured this was because the hair may have sat in the plastic bags for a while, so I only took out the inch and cowashed it with the conditioner the company sent, to see if the smell would disappear, but it hadn't Additionally, one of the things I noticed straight away upon rinsing the conditioner out of the bundle was an almost black color rinsing from the hair - which to me, indicated that the hair had been chemically colored/processed to a
