Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: First of all they did not refund the full punt Second as I mention in my complain they been holding this money for over months now and I tried communicating directly with them and with their operating company and now they refund part of my money that illegally hold it with no right in first place and I do not know how money that they did that before because that was my favorite hotel and I have stayed there for the over the past years tons of time for at least or nights at a time and it always been through online reservation , how can I trust that they did not do that several time before and the least I would accept that they personally contact me to apologize and offer compensation for their conduct with a loyal guest Regards, [redacted]

Review: I had my reservartion through priceline and the hotel double charge me it is not the frist time they just did this a few weeks ago ,but this time I even I called and left a message 4 times with their billing department ,they never refund it or even return my call to inform me about the situation Check-In Date: Sep-14-2013 Check-Out Date: Sep-16-2013 I heve filed a complain with the group that run the hotel but they never responded or even follow up to explain why I was charged this money.
