I took my truck in to get fixed they fixed the wrong thing, After finally receiving my truck before I could leave the shop it was leaking radiator fluid, the service woman sam said they did a full diagnostic, so I was very disappointed and suspicious about the radiator leaking when it was perfectly fine when I brought it in I cant prove the dealership purposely Sabotage my vehicle after having to fix the real issue but I sure feel like it's a coincidence that all of sudden after spending over a 1,000 dollars before I even left the lot the truck was leaking coolant '?

Repair Split the cost
Dear Ms. D,
Thank you for the opportunity to address Mr. concern. I will first provide the facts of Mr. visit and then address the concern he provided in his communication to the Revdex.com.
Mr. presented his 2004 Volvo XC90 with 147,907 miles on the odometer ("vehicle") to Crown Volvo Cars ("CVC") on May 25, 2018 with a cracked exhaust manifold hose and a complaint of front end noise. A CVC factory trained technician replaced the cracked exhaust hose and replaced the front control arm bushings as they were worn. Of course this repair was performed with Mr. authorization. Upon delivery of the vehicle Mr. indicated the vehicle noise was not completely corrected. The CVC technician inspected the vehicle further and found a worn front ball joint. On June 1, 2018, CVC replaced the right and left front ball joints as a goodwill gesture to Mr., in order to achieve his complete satisfaction. Mr. picked up his vehicle and indicated he was satisfied with the repair.
As part of the CVC customer service follow up, Mr. was contacted by the CVC Service Advisor via email on June 6, 2018 inquiring about the vehicle repair. Approximately two hours later, Mr. replied that the vehicle was riding better. There was no mention of any coolant leak in Mr. June 6, 2018 email message. On June 11, 2018, Mr. sent an email that his vehicle was losing coolant and accused CVC of sabotaging his radiator. Mr. presented his vehicle for inspection of the radiator. It was found by the CVC factory trained technician that the radiator leak was caused due to a failure in the radiator seam, which is where the two halves of the radiator are sealed together. It was determined that age and the mileage was the cause of the failure. CVC vehemently denies Mr. allegation of sabotage.
Crown Dealerships have serviced Pinellas County for 49 years. We focus on customer satisfaction with the utmost integrity. It is our opinion that Crown Volvo Cars provided Mr. with first class service and nothing is due or owing to Mr. at this time.
I would like to thank you again for the opportunity to respond to Mr. concern. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Ken f. was very angry when I advised him that I brought my car in for a check engine light check as well as a full diagnostic to see if there were any links an if there anything else that needed to be serviced. They assured me that they performed a full diagnostic test an that the truck was in good shape, I was confident that this was the case as though I have a Mercedes an have been having my car serviced at crown Mercedes for the past 7 years but because there was work that was overlooked an they needed to go back and correct the work after spending over a thousand dollars It was very disappointing that when I returned to have my truck picked that all of sudden the next day I was refilling my reservoir with coolant I have every right to believe that my car was tampered with and that crown Volvo's motive was based on there negligence to fix the problem I originally came in for mr f. was very rude an disrespectful he threw me out of his office and told me never to come back that is discrimination an I will have my lawyer Darryl R. follow up with this case they treated me like we were living in the 1950's as if African Americans are not welcome there and as if I was someone who didn't have a legitimate complaint I want my truck fixed and running they it was when I brought in an will do all I can to prevent another African American or minority from being mistreated like this ever again it's despicable and unacceptable
Dear Ms. D,
I would like to take this opportunity to respond to Mr. allegations in his complaint. Based on Mr. communication dated June 26, 2018, I have conducted a complete investigation by interviewing the Crown employee's involved in the transaction. The finding of this investigation corroborated in every way with Mr. response to Mr. first Revdex.com communication. Mr. vehicle was repaired as requested, with various repairs being performed free of charge. I have reviewed the pictures of Mr. radiator which clearly shows a failed radiator caused by a corroded/failing joint. A failed part which is quite possible in a 14 year old vehicle with 147,907 miles on the odometer. There was no evidence of any tampering or sabotage as alleged by Mr.. It is for the above reason that nothing is due or owing to Mr..
Crown Volvo Cars vehemently denies the allegations of discrimination as my investigation found no evidence of occurrence. I would like to say that Crown is proud to serve everyone regardless of race, gender, national origin, ancestry, religion, creed, marital status, veteran status, citizen status, age or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law.
Thank you opportunity to respond to Mr. concern. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
