Crown Towers Vacation Rental

Review: A few weeks ago I was planning my trip to NYC this past weekend and I came across an advertisement for an apartment rental. I contacted to "supposed renter" and through some email exchanges and phone calls we negotiated a price and other details of the renting. I have attached to this complaint a digital copy of all of the forms and receipts I received from him (if anything to prevent anyone else from being scammed). I transferred through western union (stupid in retrospect) to his supposed accountant ([redacted]) who picked up the deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival. Upon getting to the apartment I was able to call the renter and he said he would arrive at the location shortly, but he never came and of course my funds were not returned. Here is all of his contact information that I have, hopefully even if I have to take the loss, this man can be found and prevented from defrauding other hard-working people. The business owner has promised to refund me for his lack of services, but no such refund was ever issued, and its been almost 3 months.
