Review: I ordered a dumpster from Crown for a job I was doing. When I was done with the job I called them to come pick it up. They said they would get there in a couplen of days. Two days later I got a call from the home owner saying that when they picked up the dumpster they ruined his driveway. I went back to the job and saw the significant damaged.

I called to complain and was told there was no one around to talk to. The next time I called I was told to send the pictures I had to an e-mail address whichI did. I continued to follow up on the complaint at least 3-4 times a week always being told that the [redacted] were not around butnthey would call me back.

After three weeks the home owner called himself and was told that they never got a complaint from a [redacted] basically calling me a liar and making me look bad infront of the homeowner.Desired Settlement: I would like the driveway repaired at no cost to my companymor the homeowner.

Review: January 2014 Crown was paid for containers on job site, but one container was not used and a refund was to be issued. We were told a credit would appear on American Express statement but they were paid by check and Amex could not issue a credit. Crown was contacted in March via email, received no response. Called on April [redacted] left another voicemail for bookkeeper, no response. On April [redacted] called and said a check would be issued for $706.06. April [redacted] spoke to bookkeeper and was told check was sent out the day before. When check didn't arrive called and left voicemail for person who said check was sent - no response. If check was sent and it never arrived at this office someone at Crown should have looked into this, but didn't. Left two more messages with receptionist,5/** for bookkeeper and 5/** for [redacted]. To date have not received refund or a courtesy call back.Desired Settlement: Full amount of refund $706.06
