This is the BEST hotel in the Harrisburg/Harshey/Lancaster areaThis is definitely one of the greatest hotels I've ever beenThey're customer service and hospitality is simply the bestin I traveled from MA to PA with my family overnight, the check in time was 4pm, I called one day ahead and the manager Toni was very kind to welcome me and my family into the room at 8:30am at no additional costAlso I needed a room to get some work done and they opened up an office with internet, computer, printer, office supplies a real office to accommodate me while workingI definitely recommend this hotel and look forward for further stayNow in 2016, THANKS AGAIN TO CROWN PLAZA HOTEL HARRISBURG, I'm staying here againMy wife made a reservation in another hotel, when we arrived we were disgustedTotally disappointedSo I call Toni the manager at Crown Plaza Harrisburg and she arranged for me and my family to come over right away and it was 11:30pm on a ThursdayThese Hotel and the Staff are simply THE BESTI definitely recommend it
