This issue has been resolved. The gentleman who assisted us Was very nice and no other issues came from this. The morning we went and tried to get or belongings the young kid behind the counter was rude, uncaring, and unprofessional, toying with us knowing that this was a very sensitive madder....

Hopefully the owner has dealt with his employees and the postings of there business hours online and in there window.

Review: I went to pick up my item on March 25, 2015 by the close of business. When I got my loan the close of business was 7pm. When I got online a few days before my pick up date it said closes at 7pm. When I arrived on pick up date at 6:35 pm there was a little piece of paper over the 7 displaying a 6 and they where closed, I did not receive a letter, or phone call making current customers aware. I stood out front for 45 min calling the number in hopes it would get answered, or hopes that they would return. That didnt happen. I went there the next morning and explained my issue with the counter employee and he had no sympathy, would not call owner,was rude, and told me "it ain't gonna happen" ! I have left my number there in hopes that the right thing gets done for someone who is a good person, and only got a very small loan on very sentimental family items.Desired Settlement: I would like to please get my items! I was there, I have pictures of all the internet and window time discrepancies. This is unfair customer service.
